Why It Matters

Your routine control, peek screen, confidence monitor, and show timer — all at a glance. You’ll never want to walk on stage without it.
Nexus Mirror

I · The Companion

What is Nexus Mirror?

Nexus Mirror is the ultimate companion to Nexus. Open it on your iPad, set it where only you can see, and everything you need on stage is right in front of you — your peek screen, your routine control, your confidence monitor, and your show timer, all at once.

The idea is simple. Your phone stays pocketed. Your attention stays on the room. And the one surface you glance at gives you everything — anything you can reveal in Nexus is displayed on Nexus Mirror, at a size you can actually read across a stage.

It was built the way every one of my tools is built — by a working performer, for the moment you are actually standing in front of people. Nexus Mirror is a companion app for Nexus on iPhone: you sign in with the same account, and the two work as one.

II · The Surface

Everything you need, in one glance.

Peek Screen

Everything. Right in sight.

Your personal, giant peek screen. Playing cards, Autocrib results, drawings, AI responses — all of it in view, on stage, with a single glance. Anything you can reveal in Nexus appears here.

  • Enter a number on your Remote and see the matching card in your stacked deck.
  • Use your impression pad and peek the OCR text and drawing on Mirror.
  • Say a birthday and Mirror tells you the day of the week your spectator was born.
  • Book tests, transformed. Speak the first letter of the word and Mirror reveals the word.

Routine & Show Control

Choose routines on the fly.

With the press of a button, move through your Pathway Sets and choose the Pathway to perform. Make changes and decisions as you go — want to perform a routine based on how the audience is reacting? Now you can, with ease.

Or let Auto Advance take over and move from routine to routine automatically, with no input from you. Let Nexus handle it all.

Confidence Monitor

Perform with total confidence.

See exactly what you are inputting, and correct as you go. No more worry about entering the wrong birthday, playing card, number, or choice from a list — you can make changes before you ever send to your outputs or your live Stranger.

Know your routine will play out exactly as you planned it. A net under every reveal.

Go Stealth

Prying eyes, handled.

Showing a reveal on your Mirror and a spectator steps onto the stage? Enter Stealth mode with one button. Mirror hides from view, and in its place shows the current time and your elapsed show time.

You always know how long you have been on stage — with a single click on your Nexus Remote.

Show Mode

Peace of mind before you walk on.

Start Show Mode before your entrance, and Mirror automatically begins the first Pathway in your show and starts your show timer at the same time. One press of a button and you are ready to take the stage.

III · The Fit

An add-on to Nexus.

Nexus Mirror pairs with Nexus on your iPhone.

Nexus Mirror is a companion surface — it works hand in hand with Nexus for iOS. You sign in to Mirror on your iPad with the same credentials you use for Nexus on your iPhone, and the Nexus Remote drives both. Everything you build in Nexus simply appears where you can see it.

Don’t have Nexus yet? That is the place to begin — Nexus is the engine, and Mirror is the surface that puts it in front of you on stage.
